What a great week. Students have researched their Homeland and trip to America. Now they are researching where they would have settled in New York City, the tenement houses, the less-than-ideal conditions in their neighborhoods,and their commute to Ellis Island. Next week Thursday is Move-Up Day and State of the School that night. Mark your calendars. We are going to integrate technology in a number of ways for Ellis Island. Exciting.
