Grace led Mrs. Senetra’s 5th grade class through our Immigration Google Map exercise. Each immigrant (5th graders) is going to plot his/her journey from the hometown and home country to the possible port and the eventual destination of Ellis Island. Students can add pictures and write descriptions at each of their stops. This is helping them prepare for the Ellis Island simulation Thursday, February 5, the day of the State of School presentation.
