Eighth graders presented a primary source analysis look at the Spanish-American War Tuesday and Wednesday. Groups looked at Yellow Journalism, Newspaper Publishers, Newspapers, Yellow Journalism, Music, and Teddy Roosevelt and the Roughriders. One group then researched the Spanish-American War from a secondary source look only. This will show that primary sources are excellent, but people cannot rely only on their account.
