Mr. Shilhanek’s seventh grade LASS class completed its Wayyyy Beyyyond Dessscription three-tiered projects. First students found 100 adjective that describe them. After listing these adjectives in alphabetical order, students wrote a one or two-paragraph descriptive essay about an event and/or person who helped them become who they are today. Once students complete the essay, they produced the visual representation of the essay. It is one of my favorite lessons that I found from Jim DeLisle, a leading gifted expert. I hope you enjoy.
