Mr. Shilhanek’s eighth grade LA/SS class has been working on outlines for their 3-5 short History Fair paper. Students are grappling with their thesis statements and realizing just how challenging they can be. Their History Fair paper outline is due next Friday. Shortly we will be looking for History Fair judges. The Quest Academy History Fair is Thursday, February 16. Mark your calendars to see if you can come and/or judge.

Mr. Shilhanek’s class will take the Constitution test Thursday and Friday of the week before Thanksgiving break. It will consist of part 1 being an essay, part 2 a multiple choice, matching, and short answer, and part 3 analyzing a Supreme Court case and analyzing the test that should apply to the amendment.
