Eighth graders are continuing their work on Animal Farm essays. They have finished their introductions and will write their three body paragraphs Tuesday. We will edit and revise body paragraphs Tuesday and assign conclusions for Wednesday. Once finished with the essays, students will begin their study of the Spanish-American War, America’s first time expanding our naval military might and embarking on imperialism – or idealism?

History Fair:We need History Fair judges. We need 30-40 judges, and we are currently at 10. History Fair is Thursday, February 16, from noon-3:30ish. We will even feed you during the judges’ meetings.
